Spring thus far

I have been slacking somewhat on my blogging due to the many, many hours we have been spending outside. The hardest part is dragging two little boys in the house at the end of each day while they are kicking and screaming.

To me nothing say's spring more then IcEcReMe. Icecreme season for us starts about the second week of March and doesn't end until mid October. As you can see the boys really love it. The only bad part is I end up washing car seats on a twice weekly basis.

We spend lots of time at the park. We went twice a day, several days last week. Before naps and after naps.

Landon has no fear which scares me alittle. He climbes up to the top of the slide then goes down all by himself.

Brighton loves making friends with any random child who happens to be standing next to him. But it usually ends in tears and the throwing of wood chips. The funny part is the next day he will ask to go back to the Park and play with his "Friends."

They can't get enough digging in Grandpa H's garden. It will be a sad day when he actually plants vegetables and no more digging will be allowed. My poor little niece took a shovel load of dirt over the head. She was a trooper about it.

Lot's and lots of sidewalk chalk is being used.

And we have visited the Animals at the Zoo. My sister Jen was here from Las Vegas last week and got to go with us. It's always fun to have her visit. The kids love her so much.

The Monkeys were the favorite Animal this trip. We mostly watched them eat there lunch. Landon kept saying "where Nana(banana) go?"

More wagon rides.

I love this picture. This is all the boy cousins on my side of the family watching Sponge Bob together. My boys love there big boy cousins so much and can't wait to be big like them.

And finally, we have to go out and feed the horses about 3 times a day. They are going to hate it when we move back to a quarter acre lot that has to Animals on it.
