Happy Birthday to my sweet baby boy Landon!!! He really is the sweetest, happiest, most obedient little boy. He's such a peacemaker and we love having him in our Family.

He wanted a race car party and he's been talking about it sense July. He can wait to be big like his brother and for the last several months when you ask him how old he will be he's been saying 4. I have to remind myself he's just a baby still.

His race car cupcakes, he wanted mini fat boy ice cream sandwiches instead of ice cream

He couldn't do the candle yet

I just like this picture. Reese and Halle - mini Kirsche and mini Marcie

A step in the right direction

Last month Sean had a couple interview's with a couple different companies and we have been waiting to hear back from them. None of them were in his field but we really didn't care at this point. One of the companies he applied with called him and said the supervisor position he applied for was closed before they received his resume but they looked over his resume and they had another opening in his field that was more pay and asked him to come in for an interview. After the interview they offered him the job on the spot, which took him by surprise. So he came home and we talked about it and he decided to take it. He'll be working in Salt Lake for a company as there Finance guy doing profits and losses and basically crunching numbers. It's a brand new position that they had been outsourcing but because the company is growing pretty fast they needed some one on site. He will have alot of training to do which I think he is both excited and nervous about. I don't know for sure yet when he starts but we should find out next week sometime. It's not exactly what we wanted but it is a step in the right direction. Im really proud of him. He has looked for SO long and it's been frustrating for a smart, hard working(good looking:)) guy to wonder why companies weren't choosing him. Mostly im exciting to have a NORMAL schedule with NORMAL hours and a NORMAL salary. Some thing we haven't had in about 4 years. It's been a long road, full of up's and down's. We have experienced ever emotion I could imagine, but I KNOW the Lord has been watching over our family, he knows what is best for us, he is own his own times table and that he is always blessing us. This does not mean all our trails are over and life will just be perfect from now on. We will have new trails and challenges and HOPEFULLY we will face those with more faith and patients. After all our trails our given to each of us so that we will learn and grow from them and that is why we are here on this earth. I know alot of our family and friends have been praying for us, and we have felt those prayers. We love you all and are so thankful for your support and love.

An entire post about Christmas Stockings

The last few years we have not done Christmas Stockings in our Family. Mostly because they are way in the back of the storage shed and for the last two years I've told myself...we wont be living here next year so I'll do them next year. Well were still here and my kids are asking where there stockings are. So mid October when I got my Christmas catalogs I liked this and even planned on making them.

Then on a trip to Taipan I saw these and they were cheap and I didn't have to make them so I bought them for the boys. They didn't have anything girly for halle thought.
So I went home and tried to find a stocking that looked like a Ballet slipper for her. I just wanted to buy one but found instructions and a pattern at http://www.familyfun.go.com/

It was pretty easy and didn't take to much time. I adjusted the pattern alittle so hers would be the same size as the boys. I may even make the boys something different if I can find the time, maybe next year.

Babies 1st Birthday

Its hard to believe that One year ago today my little Halle was just a few hours old. This year has gone by so fast, we had a lot going on and she has been the best baby through it all. She is so sweet and happy and we fell so blessed to have her in our family. We had a Pink Treat party for her and it was so much fun!! I may have gone alittle over board but I haven't ever been able to throw a PINK party before.

I frosted lots of Pink cupcakes

We had Jars full of Pink Treats - Pink gumballs, Pink popcorn, Pink candy sticks, and Pink Lemonade

She wasn't quite sure what to do with her cupcake. I ordered these fun cupcake toppers with her name on them.

But she figured it out pretty quick

OcToBeR

We had a very fun October and took advantage of the unusually warm weater. We went to cornbelly's on the hottest day of the month - we were sweaty but we still had a great time.
The boys loved these duck races!!
Gardners Village to see the withches. And as usual Brite would not hold still long enough to take a picture.
Carving pumpkins
Mowing up the leaves in Grandpa's yard

The Mario Brothers on Halloween
Halle was a Pink Poodle and like most babies....she hated wearing the hat to her costume

We finally used the BBQ pit we got my dad for fathers day. We did hot dogs and smores after trick or treating and the kids loved it
Landon was really nervious around the fire so Brite tried to comfort him.
My sister came in from VEGAS and brought all the grandkids lots of fun treats. We love when she comes to visit. We also had a party for my cute nephew who turned twelve. It was a great weekend with the family.

he's 5

Our silly little super hero is 5! It's hard to believe. He is such a happy, silly guy who loves life and making new friends - so much that he invited a random little boy who was playing on the big toy to come to his Party:). He wanted a super hero party with doughnuts and rootbeer floats.

Some of his favorite treats

The happy birthday boy

Some of our Family and Friends! Thanks everyone for coming....he is having so much fun with ALL his gifts.

Opening presents
After opening each gift he said "Oh I always wanted one of these!" Life is pretty good when your 5!

His aunt and uncle in Nevada sent a cute card and some money which he used to buy more Trains. We had to drive and hour away to a toy store that we thought might have some that we dont already have. It's called Blickenstaff's and it has lots of fun wood and vintage toys and lots of treats - the kids LOVED it.
